MiniPro (“we”) explains how we handle information for the OneFrame macOS app and this website. Other MiniPro products, such as Memolin, have their own policies.

Local by design

OneFrame works locally on your Mac. It does not include analytics, advertising, telemetry, or accounts.

Accessibility permission

OneFrame uses macOS Accessibility APIs to identify, move, resize, activate, and restore only the application windows that you add to a stack. Window titles and application identifiers are stored locally in macOS user preferences so stacks can be restored. It does not transmit window titles, application identifiers, keyboard events, or diagnostic information to us or any third party.

Keyboard and pointer

While running, OneFrame observes the configured global shortcut and the pointer movement needed to keep the stack UI aligned during window moves and resizes. It does not record or store typed text, pointer history, or clipboard contents. Diagnostics are copied to the clipboard only when you choose Copy Diagnostics, and they exclude window titles.

Licensing and payments

If you activate OneFrame Pro, the app sends your license key and a Mac instance name over HTTPS so the license can be activated, validated, or deactivated. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive your card number. We receive your purchase email and payment status so we can issue a license. The license key is stored in the macOS Keychain. Window titles and stack contents are not sent.

Software updates

Checking for updates contacts the Sparkle appcast URL configured in the app. Licensing and updates are separate.

Removing data and your rights

Delete all stacks in the app before removing it, or remove the app’s preferences using macOS tools. Requests to access, correct, or delete purchase or support data can be sent to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Age

The Service is not directed to anyone under 13, or under a higher minimum age required where you live.
